Survivor Sweat Marketplace FAQ

General FAQ

Is this legal?

Yes, it’s legal. Once your Contest entry is purchased at a licensed sportsbook, it’s your property, and you may do as you please with it, including sell it! But of course, we take all contest rules and gaming regulation very seriously here at Survivor Sweat. All inquiries made by gaming regulators and contest operators will be addressed with full attention.

What safeguards are in place to make sure the seller upholds their end of the bargain?

Prior to the transaction being complete, buyer and seller will both sign a purchase agreement directed by our Las Vegas based gaming attorneys.  This agreement spells out all of the relevant information and legally binds both buyer and seller to the agreed upon terms.

I’m ready to purchase but want to make sure its safe and protected. What do I do?

We are always happy to answer additional questions. Reach out to us at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

How do I list an entry on the Marketplace?

Click the “Submit Team Now” button found on the Marketplace page and fill out the form.  We will have a representative contact you to help you through the process.

What are the Marketplace hours?

Monday 12pm PST – Friday 12pm PST – Special times will apply to Holiday weeks.

Am I able to change my sale price or unlist my entry once it has been listed for sale?

Yes, as long as the entry has not sold yet, you may change the sale price as many times as you would like and/or unlist your entry at any time.

Can I set an expiration date when I list my ticket for sale?

We have a built in expiration date of Friday at 12pm PT (outside of holiday weeks) that apply to every item. Thanksgiving and Christmas Marketplace hours will be made available closer to the date.

What happens when I make an offer lower than the list price?

Survivor Sweat team will act as an intermediary between the potential buyer and the seller on whether an agreement can be made.

If I buy an entry on Survivor Sweat, can I resell it at a later time?

Yes, as the new owner of the contest entry, you can sell your interest at any time.

What is the cost associated with selling on the Marketplace?

Survivor Sweat’s commission fee is 10% of the Sale Price. Say a Seller would like to net $8,000 for their entry.. They should list the entry for $8,800.
